He keeps the patios clean, pulls weeds, trims trees, and hangs bird feeders. Our residents notice and truly enjoy these simple pleasures."

Adrian shares his perspective: "My priority is to maintain a safe and welcoming space where residents can live comfortably, and families feel at ease when visiting."

Brittney shares a touching experience: "There was a resident who was particularly fond of me. During difficult moments, certain voices could soothe him—his wife's, his son's, and to my surprise, mine. It was so special to be one of the voices that could bring him comfort. Realizing I could be that person for him—someone who could help him relax and feel at ease—made me understand how much I love caring for others."
